"Massage For a Cause" to Benefit Mental Health Association of Morris County

On Monday, November 10 & Monday November 24, from 4:30 PM - 8 PM, at Heroes Journey CrossFit Lake Parsippany, Steve Guttman of Mind Body Dynamics will be donating chair, table, or Thai (with a mat) sample massages to anyone willing to make a donation to the Mental Health Association of Morris County.

Steve’s passion for helping people is fueled by his relationship with his son who has a developmental disability.  “I love the ability to use my skill as a massage therapist to benefit the person on my table while at the same time raising money for an amazing organization like the Mental Health Association of Morris County (MHAMC).  The work of the MHAMC serving people with severe and/or persistent mental illness is vital to our community.  Thanks to Dr. Chris (Stepien) for his support in making this possible.” says Steve.

All we ask for you to get your massage is to donate an amount that reflects the value of his time to an organization he is passionate about, the
Mental Health Association of Morris County.

If you don't want a massage but still want to help out, you can click to donate
here or email MHAMC Director of Development, Barb Flynn for more information.

BONUS: Everyone who donates will be entered into a raffle for a 1 MONTH MEMBERSHIP at Heroes Journey CrossFit.  You can use it for your own membership or as a gift to someone you care about.

Call the front desk at Heroes Journey CrossFit Lake Parsippany 862.245.2381 to make a reservation – give your name and how long of a massage you would like, and on which date.
