My focus is on helping you achieve all your dreams and aspirations through overall, health and fitness. A big part of this is living in the right mental state, reducing stress and using techniques to live in a better state of mind. I use techniques such as Meditation, Hypnotherapy and Brain Gym to work on your mental and emotional self.
