My philosophy is that being healthy is essential to living well. Without your health, how can you really live life to its fullest. It's important to take care of
your health through eating right, exercise and training. It is key to find the type of exercise that will not only give you the results you want but is also something you enjoy doing. One
of my strengths is working with you on both of these aspects. I use traditional training including all types of resistance training such as weights and body weights and utilize newer
techniques such as TRX, High Intensity training and tabata. Along with this I can train you in Yoga or Qi Gong and integrate them into your traditional segment of
your workout.
