Brain Gym

Brain Gym is a program involving a sequence of physical activities meant to improve academic performance. The 26 Brain Gym activities are made to bring about improvements in:

  • Concentration and Focus
  • Memory
  • Spatial & listening skills
  • Academics: reading, writing, math, test taking
  • Physical coordination
  • Relationships
  • Self-responsibility
  • Organization skills
  • Attitude

 

Brain Gym activities have benefited people with specific challenges including children recovering from burn injuries and those diagnosed with autism. The Brain Gym activities have been incorporated into many educational, sports, business, and seniors programs.
