Fitness For Children

As a certified physical education teacher, Steve creates a variety of activities and workouts to help keep children fully engaged or motivated. These activities and workouts are suitable for one-on-one fitness or in a group setting. Steve’s goal is to help improve the health, fitness and confidence of individuals, regardless of age. Whether your child needs help training for competitive sports or help focusing in school, Steve will design a program that is tailored for them.


Depending on the needs of the child, Steve will help with:

  • Building strength, speed, agility, etc.
  • Weight management
  • Stress management
  • Concentration and focusing skills
  • Combating depression

He uses a variety of techniques including fitness circuits, yoga, meditation, Qigong, Brain Gym and more, to reach the desired results. Steve works with individual children or groups.
