Yoga

Yoga is the practice of uniting mind, body and spirit. It is about creating synergy in the body by developing strength, flexibility, and balance. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. In addition to practicing the poses, yoga may also include instruction on breathing, chanting, and meditation.

Yoga can be considered the most complete form of fitness training there is. It can benefit your mental focus, concentration, stress management and spiritual growth along with your cardiovascular conditioning.

Yoga can stand alone or compliment your fitness regimen. A yoga session can range from very gentle and restorative to extremely challenging.
