As a personal trainer in New Jersey, we use various modes of exercise and equipment to achieve the desired results including, but not limited to, weights, exercise tubing, balance equipment,
kettle balls, T.R.X. suspension trainer, cardiovascular equipment, yoga, core training, plyometrics, tabata training, and hi-intensity training. Mind Body Dynamics differs from other personal
trainers because we not only focus on training the body, but also on the mind and on the spirit when the client has that need. We use techniques such as Qigong, hynotherapy and mindfulness
meditation to address the mind and the spirit.
Both individual and small group training is available. We’ve been providing personal training in New Jersey for 25 years.
